There are two levels of membership in NSHCA: Full and Associate.
   -  Full membership is open to established independent homecare providers.
   -  Associate membership is open to all others who support the aims of the organization, or who are not yet eligible for Full membership.
   Full members have voting privileges and may hold positions on the Board of Directors.
